How to invite a Service Partner

Who can invite a Service Partner to your company?

Every user with the Account Admin role can invite Service Partners to your company or specific groups of your company.


How do you invite a user?

  1. Go toappDrawerApp Drawerbreadcrumb dividerAdministrationbreadcrumb dividerService Partners
  2. Tap in the navigation on Service Partners
  3. Tap on Add
  4. Enter either the name, the address or the city/town of the Service Partner and tap on search
  5. Select the partner you are searching for and tap on invite
  6. Fill out the invite by:
  • Optional: leave a personal note
  • Decide which groups you want to share with your Service Partner by ticking the right box in your group tree
  • Provide your consent to be contacted for questions
  • Provide your consent to share the access to your devices and tap on send invite

You can delete or adjust the access at any time.


What happens after you sent the invitation?

The service partner receives your invitation in their Digital Service Manager account and is notified by email. They can accept or decline the invitation. In either case, all account administrators at your company will receive a notification from us. If the invitation is accepted, you will now see the new service partner in your list of service partners, including the date of acceptance and the number of shared groups.

For security reasons, the invitation you send is only valid for 30 days.
