How to get credentials for an existing API Client?

If you have lost the credentials for your API Client you can follow these steps to get new credentials for that specific API Client:


  1. Go to appDrawerApp Drawerbreadcrumb dividerAdministrationbreadcrumb dividerIntegrationsbreadcrumb dividerAPI Clients
  2. Find the API Client and tap the three dots
  3. Select Renew
  4. Click Renew to continue
  5. Copy the Client ID and Password (Make sure to store them in a save place e.g. an password manager)
  6. Use the new credentials

Once you have renewed the credentials of the API Client the old credentials will no longer be valid and will be rejected by our API's.
