In Digital Service Manager, you can download various device data such as log files or service data.
Solution steps:
- Click on “Devices” to open the device overview.
- Select the desired device from the list.
- Switch to the “Analyse” tab.
- In the “Unit Downloads” area, you will find the following options:
- Request device logs
- Request service data (TXT or XML)
- Select the desired data type and start the download by clicking.
- Alternatively, you can click on the three dots next to the device to use another download method.
