This article explains how to create or edit an OnDemand checklist at the country level. OnDemand checklists can be started manually in the app or triggered via QR code. They are used for ad-hoc documentation, e.g. for special inspections or corrective actions.
Access and overview
- Navigate to Hygiene Management > Checklists > OnDemand/Corrective Action
- Existing OnDemand or corrective checklists are displayed as square tiles:
- Dark blue: Corrective action checklist
- Light blue: OnDemand checklist
- To edit: click directly on the desired tile
- To delete: open the three-dot menu (⁝) on the tile and select "Delete checklist"
Creating a new OnDemand checklist
- Click the red "+ Create" button in the top left
- Select "OnDemand Checklist"
General settings
- Define the title of the checklist
- Add a description
- Set the main and secondary language
- Select the area where the checklist will be visible in the app
Additional settings
- Optionally activate a notification if processing is not completed in time
Duration
- Define how long the checklist should remain open after being started
Add checkpoints
- Click "+ Add checkpoint" at the bottom or use the red button at the top left
- Add the required checkpoints to the checklist
