This article explains how to create a new Checkpoint on a Global level in ConnectedCooking
Steps for creating a checkpoint on a Global level:
- Select the “Hygiene Management” menu item
- Navigate to Organization area
- Select Checkpoint Library
- Create a new checkpoint
- Click on “+ Create”
- Assign a Name and a Description to the checkpoint (e.g. “Temperature measurement main menu”)
- Define parameters
- Set the inspection option: The type of answer in the app (e.g., Done, Number ...)
- Add further criteria (e.g., “Photo required ,” “Comment Sufficient”)
- Add support materials ( e.g., Youtube video or a PDF file)
- Set the interval
- Set the Execution ( e.g., daily, weekly .... )
- Provide the Interval (e.g., Each day, each 3 days ...).
- Give the Repetitions in the given period
- General Settings
- Add a Label in case the task is related to a certain device / condition
- Select the Language
- Save
- Save the new checkpoint by clicking on the save
