How to lock users

Locking a user does not delete any data that this user has created or has access to.

What does it mean to lock a user?

If you lock a user of your company they will no longer be able to log in. The user will also be logged out of every active ConnectedCooking session e.g. Web-Browser, Mobile App.


How do i lock a user?

  1. Go to appDrawerAdd Drawerbreadcrumb dividerAdministrationbreadcrumb dividerUsers
  2. Search for the user and tap the three dots
  3. Tap on Lock user
  4. Click on Lock
