The Service Book allows you to digitally document all service and maintenance activities for a device. This way, you always have an overview of the service history.
How to add an entry:
- Click on “Devices” in the main menu of DSM
- Select the desired device from the list
- Click on the “Service Book” tab
- Click on “+ Create” to add a new entry
- Fill in all required information about the service process (e.g., date, malfunction or work performed, if you want also comments or costs)
- If you changed wear and tear: Select the part from the drop down list
- Review the details and finally click on “Submit” to upload the entry
