This feature is only available for licensed devices and allows you to receive Digital Service Reports directly in your inbox at regular intervals. This can be used for any email address also of your customer - even if they don't have a ConnectedCooking user profile.
Solution steps
- Go to the “Devices” menu item.
- Click on the name of the device for which you want to manage the mail delivery (ensure the device is licensed - indicated by a star on the device icon).
- Switch to the third tab “Analyse”.
- Click on “Schedule Group Reports” on the right side of the page.
- A window will open:
- Enter the email address to which you want to receive the reports.
- Select the report type, language, and frequency.
- Click “Apply Changes” to save your settings.
Note: the reports will always be sent at the 1st of a month - no matter when you apply the changes. Be aware that every mail recipient you enter is listed and will be visible also to the customer's ConnectedCooking account.
