How to move a user to another ConnectedCooking account

A user can move from one ConnectedCooking account to another by accepting an invitation from the new account.

  • The user must be invited from the new ConnectedCooking account
  • Once the user accepts the invitation, he is assigned to the new account
  • At the same time, the user is removed from the old account
  • If the user was the last user of the old account, the account will be closed automatically. In this case, all data of recipe and device management is transferred to the new account.
  • If the new account has fewer additional features (Paid features) than the old one, the invitation cannot be accepted
  • If the old account has no additional features, the invitation will always work
