This feature allows you to control which notifications you receive for individual customers (email or app). The settings only apply to your personal email address and the smartphone you are currently logged into. This ensures that you only receive information about events that are relevant to you.
Solution steps
- Click on ‘My Profile’ in the top right-hand corner.
- Select ‘Customer notifications’ in the left-hand menu. All customers accessible to you are displayed here.
- Click on the arrow next to the respective customer to display the notification settings.
- Select which notifications you would like to receive by default:
- Critical
- Medium
- Low
- Specify whether you would like to receive notifications by email or app by activating the corresponding fields.
- Your changes will be saved automatically.
- To deactivate all notifications, click on ‘Turn off’.
- With the ‘Override’ function, you can also define exception rules for individual customer groups (e.g. locations) of a customer.
- To do this, click on ‘Manage overrides’.
- With ‘+ Add an override’, you can set up a new override or exception.
- First, select a specific group of the customer.
- Then set the different notification settings.
- Click on ‘Create override’.
Note: The settings apply exclusively to your own email address and the smartphone currently logged in. These settings have no effect on the central alarm list of your Digital Service Manager company.
