The Digital Service Manager allows you to view the access log of a device, search for specific entries, and export the list as a CSV file. This helps you to keep track of who accessed a device and when.
Solution steps
- Click on “Devices” to open the overview of all assigned customer devices.
- Select the desired device from the list.
- In the device overview, switch to the fourth tab “Access log.”
- The access log displays all past accesses to the device, including date, time, and user.
- To find a specific entry, use the search function in the access log.
- If you want to export the list as a CSV file, click on “Export.”
- Follow the further instructions to complete the export.
