The evaluation period can be set to: Last hour, Last 2 hours, Last 6 hours, Last 12 hours, Today, Yesterday, Current month, Last month, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and up to the last 90 days.
This includes the following key figures:
- Errors that have occurred
- Device gone online / offline
- Most common operating modes
- Most frequent cooking programs
- Most frequent cleaning programs
- Number of cooking programs
- Total number of HACCP entries
- Number of cleaning programs
- Peak loads (evaluation period only available for current month only)
- Energy consumption (evaluation period only available for current month only)
- Idle time (evaluation period only available for current month only)
- Door opening times (evaluation period only available for current month only)

Both the Standard Dashboard and the paid Resource Management Dashboard also provide the following three key figures showing the current status:
- Error status of cooking systems
- Cooking system status online / offline
- Device types overview

The paid Resource Management Dashboard expands the functionality of the Standard Dashboard with additional consumption data and extended evaluation options, enabling more detailed analysis and improved resource control.
