How to register for Digital Service Manager

By registering as a Digital Service Manager, you create a digital company account and become available on ConnectedCooking for RATIONAL customers as a provider of digital services. Customers can connect with you, allowing you to view technical device information for their networked appliances in order to provide them with efficient assistance and support as a reliable partner.

When you register, you always create a company and a user profile at the same time. So if your company already has a Digital Service Manager account, you cannot register it a second time. In this case, you can simply get invited as an additional user.

How to invite an Admin or TechnicianLink icon

Solution steps:

  1. Go to www.connectedcooking.com.
  2. Click on “Login.”
  3. Select “Register” and choose “Digital Service Manager” as your account type.
  4. First, enter your personal profile data:
    • Email address
    • First and last name
    • Set and confirm your password
    • Accept the terms of use
  5. Enter your company data:
    • RATIONAL customer number
    • Company name
    • Time zone and address
  6. Select the desired language and complete the registration.
  7. Confirm your email address via the link in the confirmation email.
  8. After confirmation, you can log in and access the “Digital Service Manager” in the app launcher.
