The “Checklists Close to End Notification” feature sends a push notification 30 minutes before a checklist expires.
Default setting: For devices logged in via QR code, this feature is enabled by default.
For users logged in via email address, activation or deactivation must be done manually.
Steps to enable or disable the notification
- Go to the Hygiene Management module and select Structure.
- Select the group:
Find the group for which you want to enable or disable the notification. - Click the bell icon:
Click the bell icon next to the desired group. - Adjust the setting:
In the pop-up window, enable or disable “Mobile App” under the function
“Checklists closing soon”.
Notes
- The setting applies to the selected group only for the user who activated it.
- Users must be logged into the mobile app with his e-mail address to receive push notifications.
