Check the power supply, network connection and signal strength.
Ensure that no firewall or network settings are blocking access.
Restart if necessary (Restart the WGT-11 via the web interface or disconnect the power connection, wait 10 seconds and reconnect the power connection, wait approx. 3 minutes until the WGT-11 has restarted.)
