When printing reports in ConnectedCooking (e.g. cookbooks or hygiene checklists), only one page may be available even if the report should be several pages long.
Solution: If only one page is available when using the print icon in ConnectedCooking, although the report should contain more pages, this may be due to the browser's zoom setting.
Steps to resolve the issue:
- Make sure the browser zoom is set to 100%
- Reopen the report and click the print icon again
- Check the print preview to verify if all pages are now shown
A zoom level that is too high or too low may cause the report to be displayed incorrectly and limit it to one printable page.
