The Digital Service Report contains device-specific, AI-based analyses and comprehensive device diagnostics. It provides automated support for problem analysis and enables customized predictive maintenance through recommendations for replacing wear parts.
Solution steps:
- Click on “Devices” to open the overview of all assigned customer devices.
- Select a device from the list to view further details.
- Switch to the “Analyse” tab, where you can view evaluations and analyses of the device's operation and usage.
- Click on the blue download button to download the report for this specific device.
- You will find the PDF report in the downloads section of your browser/smartphone.
To download the Digital Service Report, you must first license the device for Pro.
