If a sensor is no longer in use or needs to be replaced, you can unregister it from ConnectedCooking. This guide shows you how to remove a sensor from your account.
Solution
- Log in to ConnectedCooking
- Open ConnectedCooking in your browser
- Log in with your user credentials
- Go to the “Sensors” section
- Select the menu item “Hygiene Management / Sensors / Overview ”
- Click on the icon with the three dots in the upper right corner of the sensor you want to unregister
- Select "Edit"
- Confirmation
- Click on “Unregister”
- Confirm your deregistration by clicking on "Unregister"
Unregistered sensors will no longer send data to ConnectedCooking. You can re-register them at any time using the serial number.
If a Sensor is already unregistered, 'Delete' will be displayed when editing the sensor
