If a cooking system was offline, HACCP records generated during that time can still be transferred to ConnectedCooking once the unit is back online.
- HACCP data that could not be transferred due to the device being offline will be sent to ConnectedCooking automatically once the unit is reconnected and starts sending new HACCP data
- This automatic transfer is limited by the internal memory capacity of the cooking system. If the memory is full, older HACCP records will be overwritten by newer ones
Only the HACCP data for the period, during which data transmission was activated in the ConnectedCooking menu of the appliance, is transferred.
