In Digital Service Manager, you can specifically control which customers a technician has access to. This is managed via the user administration and assignment to certain groups.
Solution steps:
- Log in to Digital Service Manager as a Service Admin.
- Click on the gear icon (“Settings”) to open the settings.
- Select the “Users” menu item.
- Find the desired technician in the list.
- Click on the three dots next to the username and select “Shared groups.”
- An overview of all customers (groups) the user has access to will open.
- To grant or remove access, activate or deactivate the checkboxes next to the respective customers (groups).
- Click on “Update info” to save all changes.
