Option 1) Automatic updates via ConnectedCooking
Once your device is connected to ConnectedCooking your device will automatically check for updates via ConnectedCooking. Once an update is release your device will start downloading it and you will see a notification once the device is ready to update.
Option 2) Manual update
If your device is not yet connected to ConnectedCooking or you require an update to be able to connect your device with ConnectedCooking you can find an update and instructions for your device here.
Option 3) Contact your Service Partner
Your service partner will be happy to help you update your devices. Please contact your service partner for assistance.
How to deactive the automatic update?
Although we do not recommend disabling automatic updates, if you wish to disable software updates via ConnectedCooking, please follow these steps on your device:
iHexagon & iCombiPro and iVarioPro
- Tap on the Settings icon
- Find ConnectedCooking and tap on it
- Switch Download software updates automatically to off
SelfCookingCenter and VarioCookingCenter
- Tap the device icon on the bottom left of the home screen
- Tap the ConnectedCooking entry (ConnectedCooking logo)
- Tap on Automatic software updates until it shows OFF
