This article explains how to cretate a Checkpoint on a Global Level in ConnectedCooking.



Steps for creating a checkpoint on a Global level.

  1. Select the “Hygiene Management” menu item
    • Navigate to Organization area.
    • Select Checkpoint Library
  3. Create a new checkpoint
    • Click on “Create”.
    • Assign a name and a Description to the checkpoint (e.g., “Temperature measurement main menu ”).
  5. Define parameters
    • Set the inspection type : The type of answer in the app (e.g., Done, Number ...).
    • Add further criteria (e.g., “Photo required ,” “Comment Sufficient”).
    • Add support materials ( e.g., Youtube video or a PDF file ) .
  7. Set the interval
    • Set the Execution ( e.g., Daily, Weekly .... )
    • Provide the interval (e.g., Each day, each 3 days ...).
    • Give the Repetitions in the given period
  9. General Settings
    • Add a Label in case the task is related to a certain device / Condition
    • Select the Language
  11. Save
    • Save the new checkpoint by clicking on the save button
