This article explains how to find and manage your HACCP data in ConnectedCooking.
Access HACCP data in ConnectedCooking
- Open the homepage:
- Log in to the ConnectedCooking website
- Go to Hygiene Management
HACCP
- Overview of HACCP data:
- All HACCP data of production batches from your connected RATIONAL cooking systems will be displayed
- Important: Data of a production batch is only available after the cooking process is fully completed
- Use the filter function:
- Use the filter at the top to quickly find specific data
- You can filter by Date or Protocol type
- Example: Search for HACCP data from 10.04
- View a single production batch:
- Select a production batch
- HACCP data will be shown graphically in a coordinate system
- Displayed values include:
- Cooking chamber temperature curve
- Core temperature actual
- If available: Core temperature target
- Door opening times
- If available: p-value curve
- Tabular view:
- Click on Information in the top menu
- Data will be displayed in a table format
- Export options:
- Export as CSV file
- Export as PDF file (graphically prepared)
- Option to send the PDF file directly via email
- The displayed graph can also be exported as an image file
