This article explains how to monitor sensors – both by evaluating the average measured temperatures and by reviewing triggered alarms. These features are available in the Hygiene Management section under Reports and provide complete documentation and quick insight into deviations.
1. Monitoring the average measured temperature per hour
Accessible via: Hygiene Management > Reports > Sensor Temperature Statistics
- Displays the hourly average of measured temperatures
- A color indicator below each value shows the status of the measurement:
- Blue: Temperature is within the defined limit
- Red: Temperature is out of the defined limit
- Grey: No value available (e.g. sensor offline)
- Light grey (entire square): Alarm settings were disabled
- Review Note : Note can be added ( e.g. to explain the deviation or document the corrective action)
2. Monitoring of triggered alarms after deviations
Accessible via: Hygiene Management > Reports > Sensor Alarm Overview
- The table shows all documented alarm events including details about the trigger and follow-up actions
- Displayed columns:
- Timespan: Time period in which the temperature deviation occurred
- Group: Assigned equipment group or sensor location
- Sensor (Name): Name of the sensor
- Measured value: Temperature measured at the time of deviation
- Limits (Set limits): Predefined temperature range for the sensor
- Deviation: Difference between the measured value and the nearest limit
- Source: what triggered the alarm (e.g. Rule engine, Equipment type ... )
- Action: Action triggered by a rule, e.g. checklist (only if set )
- Action Status: Indicates whether the assigned action was completed ( Only related to rule engine )
- Review note: Manual comment or note for follow-up or documentation of the corrective action carried out
