How to import a cooking program from an offline unit into ConnectedCooking

This article explains how to import cooking programs from an offline iCombi Pro into ConnectedCooking using an USB stick.

On the iCombi Pro (Offline Unit)

1.      Open the start screen

  • Go to the start screen of your iCombi Pro

2.      Open system settings

  • Select System Settings, then go to Data Management

3.      Use data management

  • In Data Management, you can export or import various data using an USB stick. This enables ConnectedCooking to be used as a central storage medium, even if your unit is offline

4.      Export cooking programs

  • Select Cooking Programs
  • Choose the Export option
  • Save the file to the USB stick

In ConnectedCooking

5.      Open ConnectedCooking

  • Go to the ConnectedCooking start page

6.      Access Recipe Management

  • Click on Recipe Managementbreadcrumb dividerLibrarybreadcrumb dividerOverview breadcrumb dividerMy Company

7.      Start the import

  • Select Import > Import cooking programs from file

8.      Upload file and save

  • Upload the file from your USB stick
  • Optionally add tags
  • Click Save to complete the import

9.      Access imported cooking programs

  • The imported programs are now available under My Company
