How to convert an Account from ConnectedCooking to DSM ("Become a Servicepartner")

To become a service partner, you can convert your ConnectedCooking account to a DSM account. This is done via the user interface and an invitation to the new account.

Solution steps

  1. Log in to your ConnectedCooking account
  2. Click on the 9 dots forming a square on the top right appDrawerApp Drawerbreadcrumb dividerAdministration
  3. In the left navigation, click on the last tab “Service Partners"
  4. Click on the three dots on the top right
  5. Select “Become a Service Partner"
  6. To verify your account, please enter your RATIONAL customer number, which identifies you as an official RATIONAL service partner or service agent
  7. Also check your company’s address details – these will be shown to your customers later
  8. Click “Confirm”
  9. To access the Digital Service Manager, you now need to log out once and then log back in
  10. After logging in, you will see the Digital Service Manager as an additional app interface and can start using it

Only official RATIONAL Service Partners or Service Agents have access to the Digital Service Manager. Therefore, verification using the RATIONAL customer number is required.

Only Account Admins can setup a Digital Service Manager account.
