How to specify a custom password policy

If you wish to specify a custom password policy for your company's users you can do this via:

  1. Go to appDrawerApp Drawerbreadcrumb dividerAdministrationbreadcrumb dividerSecurity
  2. Go to Password policy
  3. Tap the Edit button next to the list of requirements
  4. Adjust the policy to fit your requirements
  5. Tap Save changes to activate the policy

The password policy will not force users to change their password immediatily. The policy will be applied for every future password reset/password change und invitation request. The policy does not apply for Single Sing On and Social Login users.
